Data Analytics Internship
An in-office internship in Bengaluru where you work on live analytics projects under direct mentorship from the founder. You will build dashboards, write SQL, and learn what it actually takes to deliver reporting that businesses rely on. Strong performers are offered a full-time role at the end.

Data Analyst
Full-TimeYou will own end-to-end analysis on client projects: pulling the data, building the analysis, and presenting the findings. Expect real problems, direct client exposure, and work that matters.
Requirements
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel
- Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Clear written and verbal communication
- 1–3 years of relevant experience
BI Developer
Full-TimeBuild the dashboards and data models that clients use to run their businesses. Strong opinions about what good BI looks like are welcome here.
Requirements
- Strong Power BI development skills (DAX, data modeling)
- SQL proficiency
- Experience with Azure or Microsoft Fabric is a plus
- Attention to detail in visual design and UX
- 2+ years in a BI development role
Data Engineer
Full-TimeYou will build the plumbing that makes analytics possible: pipelines, integrations, and data models that run reliably in production.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Python and SQL
- Experience designing ETL/ELT pipelines
- Familiarity with Azure, Databricks, or Apache Spark
- Understanding of data quality and validation practices
- 1–4 years in data engineering
